Inge Mula Myllerup-Brookhuis Cand.Psych. LPC, CHT, CEAP

Inge Mula is a Licensed Professional Counselor, psychotherapist and yoga teacher in full time private practice at 'theZenter' in Carrollton, Georgia. She has a master's degree in psychology from University of West Georgia and a Ph.D equivavelent degree in psychology from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. Specializing in experiential body-mind-spirit integrative therapies, she is trained and certified in Hakomi therapy as a therapist and teacher, she is trained as a NLP practitioner, an EMDR practitioner, an Employee Assistance Professional, a yoga therapist, an Internal Family therapist and assistant trainer, and as a Psych-K™ practitioner. Inge Mula is currently receiving training and coaching from Ron Kurtz, founder of the Hakomi method and from Richart Schwarts Ph.D., founder of Internal Family Systems Therapy. Inge Mula is on the faculty of the Hakomi Headquarters, Boulder Colorado, the Center for Self Leadership (IFS headquarters), Chicago, Illinois, and she is an adjunct professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of West Georgia.

In the recent 5 years Inge Mula and Alex have collaborated with Tobin Hart Ph.D. of the Psychology Department of State University of West Georgia, and Mary Hart of ChildSpirit Institute on bringing national teachers and trainers in the field and interface of psychotherapy and spirituality to Carrollton for workshops and trainings.

Motivated by stress, back pain, and a spiritual thirst, Inge Mula started studying Hatha yoga from certified introductory level, intermediate level, senior and advanced level Iyengar yoga teachers a decade ago. In 1992 she started studying with Lynda Gill of Main Street yoga, Roswell, on a monthly basis, and with John Schumacker of Unity Woods yoga center, Washington twice yearly. In 1994 she started studying on a weekly basis with Kathleen Pringle of Stillwater Yoga, Atlanta. In the course of studying with Kathleen, Inge Mula has studied with a variety of visiting intermediate, senior and advanced teachers, such as Manouso Manos, Joan White, Mary Dunn, Ramanand Patel, Lourie Blakeley, Jan Campbell, and Lou Hoyt. From 1998 to 2002, Inge Mula slowed down with her traveling related to yoga studies as she completed a dissertation for her Ph.D. equivavelent degree in psychology from the University of Aarhus, started teaching and assistant teaching Hakomi and IFS. She married Alex and together with him bought and remodeled their old Victorian house and developed the Zenter. In 2003 Inge Mula resumed her studies with John Schumacker, and in 2004 started also studying with Patricia Walden on a once per year basis.

Alex Myllerup-Brookhuis, Minister and Chaplain

Alex was born in Enschede, Holland. He moved to America in 1975 and obtained his GED in 1976. Mr. Myllerup-Brookhuis started college in 1986 at Ouachita Baptist University and graduated with a BA in 1990 with a degree in Religious Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Languages. He then began Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1990 and studied Pastoral Care and Counseling where he graduated in December 1993. He completed two years of Clinical Pastoral Education at Emory University for eight units (two years).

Bearnese Werzberger, Psych-K™ practitioner

Bernice and her husband, Jonas, are the directors of Beacon Associates. Bernice graduated from Queens College and is certified in Hypnosis for Childbirth and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. For over twenty-five years, she has developed training materials, given presentations, led workshops, worked with individual clients and consulted in business and industry. She is both a Certified Instructor and Practitioner of PSYCH-K™ & PER-K™. Additionally, she is trained and experienced in the areas of communication & motivation, management training, stress reductions, wellness, meditation, multi-faceted concentration, guided imagery, general hypnotherapy, hypnosis for regression and accelerated learning.

Liz is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She worked at Southwire Company for fourteen years. She is also involved with the Marketing department at Chick-fil-A. She has worked at the Zenter since August 2005.
